Rental Policies

Effective October 14, 2026

Every rental is a 24-hour period, and these terms apply to every booking.

Situation	What happens
Booking confirmed	Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. If we cannot provide your items for your date, we refund you in full.
Cancel 72+ hours before pickup	Full refund.
Cancel 24 to 72 hours before pickup	50% refund, or one free reschedule within 60 days.
Cancel under 24 hours before pickup	No refund, except for weather below.
Weather: rain, lightning, or wind above 15 mph	Free reschedule within 60 days or a full refund. This applies before pickup, or when you stop use for safety and return the equipment undamaged.
Late return	50% of the daily rate per extra day. Call us if you will be late.
Returned wet, muddy, or dirty	$50 cleaning charge. Tell us if a unit got wet so we can dry it properly.
Damage beyond normal wear	You pay repair or replacement cost, up to the replacement value of the item.
Missing or stolen items	You pay replacement cost.
Prices and tax	Prices are per 24 hours. Texas sales tax is added where it applies.
Changes to date or items	Subject to availability; contact us as early as you can.
