Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver

This agreement is between IK PARTY RENTALS LLC, doing business as IK Party Rentals ("we"), and the person who books and signs below ("you"). By checking the box or signing, you accept every term.

1. Rental period

Each rental is 24 hours from pickup. Pickup and return are between 9 AM and 9 PM at the location in your booking confirmation.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, supervising, taking down, and returning the equipment. You confirm you have read and will follow the Safety Rules and the Rental Policies.

3. Adult supervision

An adult must watch the equipment and everyone using it at all times while it is in use.

4. Condition

You have inspected the equipment at pickup and accept it as clean and in working order unless you tell us otherwise before leaving.

5. Damage and loss

You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear, up to the replacement cost, plus any cleaning fee under the Rental Policies.

6. Weather

Stop using and deflate inflatables if wind reaches 15 mph sustained, or in rain, lightning, or storms. Follow each unit's manual if it specifies a lower limit.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Full payment is due at booking. Fees, cancellations, and refunds follow the Rental Policies.

8. Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnity

BOUNCING, CLIMBING, SLIDING, AND PLAYING ON OR NEAR RENTAL EQUIPMENT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, INCLUDING BROKEN BONES, HEAD AND NECK INJURY, PARALYSIS, AND DEATH. YOU, FOR YOURSELF AND ALL GUESTS AND PARTICIPANTS YOU ALLOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT, VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THESE RISKS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS IK PARTY RENTALS LLC, IK PARTY RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES FROM ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY OUR OWN NEGLIGENCE. YOU AGREE TO PAY OUR REASONABLE COSTS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, IF A CLAIM IS BROUGHT AGAINST US THAT THIS RELEASE COVERS.

9. Minors

If participants are under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have the parent's or guardian's permission to sign for them.

10. Our right to refuse

We may cancel a rental and refund you if we believe the equipment would be unsafe to deliver or use.

11. Electronic signature

You agree that checking the box or typing your name below is your legal signature.

12. Governing law

Texas law applies. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas.

13. Entire agreement

This agreement and the Rental Policies are the full agreement. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
